True North Scholarship

We believe that bold steps define the future. This does not only apply to our daily project work, but also in personal development. We grow by constantly putting ourselves into focus, defining individual goals and adjusting our course accordingly. At Bain personal development and flexible career options are a top priority which is why we strongly support our Bainies in this aspect.

Our event Envision is about finding your own way. We invite you to take different perspectives on your professional and personal development opportunities.

As a framework we follow the four fundamental aspects of our unique "thriving" concept:

• "Setting your direction": What are your personal and professional goals?
• "Charting your path": What specific steps will you need to take to achieve those goals?
• "Assembling your crew": Who will accompany you on your path?
• "Navigating carefully“: How will you ensure you won’t lose sight of your goals?

We will begin by introducing you to the four key elements of the “Thriving” concept. After that, you will apply the concept in several exercises, allowing you to take a closer look at yourself and set out your individual path.

After the content part, you will enjoy a networking dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. Use the opportunity to ask questions, expand your network and get new impulses. Let's connect, learn and grow!

Envision will take place on Thursday April 25, 2024 from 04:45-09:00 pm in our Zurich Bain Office.

The event is aimed at outstanding female university students from the 4th semester onwards as well as doctoral candidates and young professionals of all disciplines who are interested in joining Zurich.

The application phase for Envision has already ended. You can expect to hear back about your application mid of April.

Should you have any questions that aren’t answered here (also see FAQ below), feel free to contact Fiona Voegeli via e-mail or phone: +41 44 668 88 11.

We look forward to getting to know you.
