Your tasks
- Supporting our HR team in processing all administrative processes (including creation and maintenance of digital personnel files, document storage, creation of contract documents and their dispatch and tracking, creation of interim and final certificates)
- Support in the various steps in the New Starter process for consultants
- Assisting in HR projects (including creating and editing PowerPoint presentations in German and English)
- Administrative support in preparing the half-yearly evaluation rounds of the consultants
Our requirements
- Initial practical experience in an HR context would be an advantage
- Passion for precise work in a dynamic and international environment
- Availability 15-20 hours/week
- Fluent written and spoken German and very good English skills
- Good understanding of databases and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility, organizational skills and very good communication skills
- Structured and forward-thinking
