Your tasks:

  • Work permits
    • Application for work permits
    • Cooperation with authorities and external service providers
    • Contact person for employees and interface between departments/ branches
    • Support in the global mobility area
  • Insurances
    • Professional support and contact person for health insurance and social security topics
    • Interface to insurance companies and authorities as well as internal departments
    • Processing of sickness-, accident- and ICO- daily allowances, family allowances and health insurance applications
  • Projects, controlling & other tasks
    • Review and implementation of all relevant topics, taking into account legal and operational requirements
    • Continuous improvement of internal processes
    • Support for various HR-related projects
    • Creation and maintenance of statistics and reports

Our requirements:

  • Completed commercial education or university degree, further education as an HR specialist, social insurance specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in HR
  • Experienced knowledge of work permits, social insurance and health insurance
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Responsible, independent and structured way of working
  • Sense of responsibility, discretion and a strong service orientation
  • Passion for precise and administrative work in a team in a dynamic and international environment
  • Organizational talent with excellent communication skills
