YOUR TASKS

• As Coordinator, Human Resources & Professional Development (m/f/d) you will support our HR team in various areas: you will be in charge of a group of Bain consultants, most of whom have been with us for 2 years, and you will be responsible for their operational deployment planning Advisor group (staffing)
• You work closely and proactively with the Staffing Leadership Team to optimally match customer requirements and resource availability
• You are responsible for promptly entering all deployment data that make our staffing success measurable
• With your communicative and open-minded manner, you support our internal customers with all staffing-related questions
• You prepare the evaluations of counselor groups and their documentation: You coordinate all available information, take over the communication with the evaluation committee, are responsible for the quality check of the returns and the creation of the updates
• With your creativity you support other HR projects in your areas of interest

Our requirements

• You have successfully completed your university or technical college studies, ideally with a focus on human resource management or psychology
• You have initial experience in HR or come from an area in which close cooperation with people, service and sales plays a role
• You have mastered the use of MS Office and are curious about new IT tools
• You have a good business understanding
• Your knowledge of German and English is excellent, both spoken and written
