Your tasks

  • As a Coordinator, Human Resources & Onboarding (m/f/d) you support our HR team in different areas: You take over the onboarding and the first operational deployment planning of a group of consultants (staffing) and supervise a group of Bain consultants, especially during the first 8 weeks after the start
  • You work closely and proactively with the Staffing Leadership Team to optimally coordinate customer requirements and resource availability
  • You are responsible for promptly entering all deployment data that make our staffing success measurable
  • With your communicative and open-minded manner, you support our consultants with all staffing-related questions
  • You are responsible for creating relevant HR documents (contract addenda, job references, confirmations, etc.)
  • With your creativity you support other HR projects in your areas of interest

  • You skillfully use your communicative strengths and analytical skills to support colleagues and internal customers in their search for the optimal solution
  • You have successfully completed your university or technical college studies, ideally with a focus on human resource management or psychology
  • You have initial experience in HR or come from an area in which close cooperation with people, service and sales plays a role
  • You have mastered the use of MS Office and are curious about new IT tools
  • You have a good business understanding
  • Your German and English skills are excellent, both spoken and written
  • You have a strong understanding of service and have a real passion for the daily interaction with people
  • You look forward to taking on responsibility, driving topics forward independently, working carefully and accurately
  • You are an assertive and resilient organizational talent who likes to deal with challenges while keeping a cool head
